THE ALUMANJIRIS: (SOJOURNERS)

What has become of me now I went through being a child. I took a step for a journey of a thousand miles. Let me stop here, am still going far and wide. Though haven't said anything yet, this might just serve as an introduction but let me put that aside.  Been to couple of places, so only experience can tell it all. I can imagine the pains and sufferings these children go through. The hustle for food, clothing and shelter, you can name them on and on. The battle to stay alive and live up to these expectations is what I figured out. These abandoned ones are not just ordinary children or random children as you may refer them. They are special in a way! They have been given a specific name and before I miss it out, they don't stay in one place. They are referred to in the north or by the hausa people as the "ALUMANJIRIS" meaning "The Sojourners". These segregated set of people go about the streets.
